Theater Major

All the world’s a stage, so why not learn to act? Students within the Bachelor of Arts Theatre concentration do exactly that, and more! Voice, stagecraft, theatre production, and even directing round out a slate of acting and theatre history courses designed to put you center stage—or behind it, if that’s where your interests lie.

Outside of Theatre Classes

Outside of Class

As actors, designers, or technicians, students are encouraged to participate in Mainstage and Spotlight productions, as well as audition for the College Mountain Players, a children’s theatre tour. There is also room in the Stage Orchestra for students interested in exploring the musical aspects of theatre.
