These halls are good for much more than residing.

On-campus housing is guaranteed for all four years, so it should come as no surprise that 83% of Mount students live on campus, where you’ll have no shortage of new friends to feel right at home with. There will also be no excuse for dirty clothes on your floor, as all students have the perk of free laundry—along with free parking and microfridges in every room. As a freshman, you’ll live in Sheridan Hall, Pangborn Hall, Bradley Hall, or Terrace Complex.

Within Sheridan Hall are three themed housing communities geared toward like-minded first-year students:
  1. Honors Housing

If you’re in the Honors program, this is a great opportunity to connect and collaborate with other Honors students outside an academic setting.

  2. Summit Living

If you thrive in a holistic, nurturing and substance-free environment, you can surround yourself with other community-oriented leaders here.

  3. Women in STEM

If you’re a woman in a STEM field, find and give support here as you make a difference as valuable contributors to your field.

Self-sufficiency is something we live by. Literally.

Our on-campus solar farms are two of the largest in the eastern U.S. The primary farm spans 100 acres and produces an average of 22 million kWh per year. That’s enough to power 1,800 homes. Our smaller solar farm supplies 80% of the energy required to run PNC Sports Complex here on campus.
