Political Science Major

If political science has emerged the frontrunner in your search for a college major, break out the flashcards and get ready to debate. Students within the Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science will learn to examine critical political issues at the local, national, and international levels. Furthermore, courses in such controversial issues as gender, human rights, and the environment will teach students to open up a thoughtful dialogue and analyze all sides of an issue.

Outside of political science classes

Outside of Class

Join the Student Government Association and work on campus improvements and university policy, all while representing the rest of your graduating class. Alternatively, join Amnesty International or the Politics Club to put those debating skills to the test.
